Investment Banking Unit offers full spectrum of services, which include TFCs, Syndicated
Finances, Structured Finances, Leveraged Buyouts, Project Finance, Quasi-Equity
Products, Independent Advice, Equity Placements, IPOs, Equity Underwriting, Mergers,
Corporate Restructuring, Acquisitions and other products. IBU shall also work on
and come up with providing Fund Management Facilities. |
