How to Win Guaranteed Prize?

Eligibility Criteria:

Member must refer 1 or more RDA funded accounts. The total value of the foreign currency deposited/ remitted into the RDA accounts will be counted, net of any outward remittances (outside the country) as of 30th June, 2022. Investments within Pakistan, including PKR conversions or investment flow in Naya Pakistan Certificates/ Stock Exchange will continue to be included in the promotional amount.

Win Through Lucky Draw.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, member must refer 1 or more RDA funded account with USD 1000/- (or equivalent in PKR, GBP, EUR). Greater the number of referrals greater will be the chances of winning. For example, if a member refers 5 RDA funded accounts as per eligibility criteria than he/she will get 5 entries in lucky draw.

Note: On every 50 accounts referred as per eligibility criteria mentioned above, there will be a lucky draw and 5 winners will be given this incentive pay-out. Cash prize will be given to winner or his nomine in Pakistan only.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Campaign period is from 20th February 2022 to 30th June 2022.

2. All BOP RDA Account holders are eligible to participate in this campaign.

3. For Lucky Draw; Referring a RDA with a minimum balance of USD 1000 or equivalent.

4. Referral must mention referee name and contact details in the field referred by, while opening his/her RDA account.

5. One RDA Customers can win more than one prize “More Referral, more chances to win”. For example, if a member refers 5 RDA funded accounts as per eligibility criteria than he/she will get 5 entries in lucky draw.

6. Cash prize will be given to winner or his nomine in Pakistan only.

7. Final confirmation of Cash Prize lucky winners will be announced on BOP website during this campaign, however, name of the winner may not be published on the website, if the winner does not so desire.

8. For guaranteed prize; Any investments within Pakistan, including PKR conversions or investment flow in Naya Pakistan Certificates/ Stock Exchange will continue to be included in the promotional amount. For example, if the customer had remitted USD 80,000 and invested USD 80,000 in Naya Pakistan Certificates, the total value of the account will be considered as USD 80,000 for the purpose of promotion. This is based on first come first serve basis till number of prizes consumed or period ended (whichever comes first).

9. In case Referee is not traceable or not willing to provide relevant information than lucky draw of that particular day will be conducted again.

10.Tax applicable on cash prize will be as Govt. policy and prevailing laws.

11. BOP management or Head Home Remittance decision will be final in case of any conflicts.
