Introduced by State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Bank of Punjab offers a highly subsidized rate facility on long term basis for expansion and balancing, modernization, establishment and replacement of Steel/ Metal/ Concrete Silos/ Warehouses and Cold Storage facilities for storing agriculture produce. |

| Eligibility Criteria |
- The applicant should have a valid CNIC
- The applicant should be a genuine grower and should have a suitable land to establish Silos, Warehouses and Cold Storage
- The applicant should not be a defaulter of any Bank/ DFI
- The land of project should be free from any encumbrance
- Additional security may be required

Subsidized Markup Rate of 6% per anum
- Markup shall be paid on quarterly basis

| Finance Facility |
Applicant can avail maximum financing upto Rs. 500 Million |
| Repayment |
Principal amount of loan shall be repayable in equal quarterly, half yearly installments after the prescribed grace period |
